Brief Answer:
Proper clinical evaluation and investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Read and understood your history and concerns.
Acid reflux, however severe is not know to cause sinusitis. This is possible only if someone has cleft palate or some anatomical variation or disease causing (and I hope you do not have such problems).

Noted that you have terrible acid reflux, terrible sore in the back of the throat and mucus creation.

May I please know your exact symptoms, the problems so that I can assist you more.

I would advise you the following:
Get a proper treatment of the acid reflux in the form of PPI, Domperidone, antacid gels, soft bland diet, keep away the anxiety and/or stress.
Upper GI endoscopy is important to have a proper confirmation of the diagnosis and to rule out any other problems.

As for the sinuses, please let me know the details of symptoms, investigations if any done, any consultation with an ENT Surgeon.
I would advise you to consult an ENT for clinical evaluation, examination, ENT Endoscopy, CT scan of the nose and sinuses and so on to get a proper diagnosis so that a proper treatment can be instituted.

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis and treatment. Please feel free to ask for further relevant query if you need to or if you feel that there is a gap-of-communication.
