Question : Went to the hospitol with a serious breathing issue 4 times and resolved it on my own by taking a .25 mg zanex. I find it hard to believe i can get so stressed this can happen. Went through a battery of tests on heart and it was ok. Not perfect. Im 66.

Your breathlessness is relieved by Xanax and your cardiac reports are normal. So no need to worry much for your breathlessness.
In my opinion, your symptoms are mostly due to stress and anxiety.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution.
