Brief Answer:
hello dear. yes there may be a slight flare

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. There may be a slight flare as the mechanism of action of both firmagon and lupron are different. I will advise you to have a brief course of calutamide simultaneously starting with lupron.
That will take care of flare.
Thanks and regards
