Question : I feel as though I'm being choked on and off all day for weeks now. It's getting worse and making it difficult to sleep. It's as if when I swallow, my throats stays closed. I'm not sure if it's sinus drainage. Can you help?

From the complaints it seems to be acid reflux disease.
Take an antacid regularly for few days.
Avoid any spicy foods and aerated drinks.
Treat constipation if any.
