Can Sinus In Forehead Move Inside A Head Skin Layer Due To Sheershasan Or Any Other Yogasana?

Question: Hi
I have one question.
Can sinus in forehead move inside some head skin layer.
Actually I used to do Shirshasan Yoga years back and I used to have watery nose that time. Also most of the time I used to lie in bed with head down the level so that more and more blood flow to it.
I feel that because of these activities the sinus has moved inside some layer of head.
is it possible?
I can feel it with my hand , when I touch my hair.
is it possible, please tell. it is creating very much problem for me. it causes irritation and depression like felling.
please tell if you are not the ryt person for this query.
Thanks.
