Brief Answer:
can cause increased temp

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The sinuses are spaces found in different areas of the face.

Any infection or inflammatory process can result in increased warmth. Heat is produced as part of inflammation.

Infection of these spaces can therefore cause facial warmth especially in the sinuses that are affected.

A feeling of fullness or increased pressure can also occur.

Difficulty with focusing or sensitivity to light are not common with sinus pressure/infection but may occur if there is associated sinus headache.
Light sensitivity and headaches can also occur with migraine headaches.

The use of a decongestant, antihistamine, topical nasal steroid spray may help.

Warm compress to the side of the face affected would also help with sinus drainage.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
sinus congestion can cause dizziness

Detailed Answer:
HI

Sinus congestion can cause dizziness in some persons.

If your sinuses are treated and you are still light headed then you may need to be assessed for other causes eg anemia, low blood pressure, dehydration, related to inner ear or heart causes.

Brief Answer:
no definite link

Detailed Answer:
HI

There is no particular correlation between sinusitis and blood pressure.

It is possible that discomfort would cause the opposite- increase in blood pressure but there is no definite link between sinusitis and any changes in blood pressure

If anything else unclear, feel free to ask
