Question : A paranoid question, but if someone picks up a poison mushroom with gloves, and then touches a door handle with the gloves, can someone else potentially be exposed to the toxins by touching the door handle and then smoking a cigarette?

I have gone through your question, I understand your concern.
Not possible, because poison is inside the mushroom and not on the surface.
When somebody eat that poisonous mushroom, then only the poison can be transmitted to that particular person and and in your hypothetical scenario 0% chance.
