Can Stomach Gas Cause Pressure In Head And Trigger BP?

Hi Doctor,
I have similar symtoms mentioned in the above thread i am taking 25 mg beta blocker for bp but i dont think that is needed.becasue when i have running stomach or something like that my bp comes to be normal. can you please suggest to me what should i refer to. i have my doppler test done it was normal.i usually get headache before meal time. and i feel relax if gas from my body get removed.i feel like vommiting and also i feel headache and anxiety.

I have gone through your query. Gas accumulation in stomach and Blood pressure is not related.
You can get head ache when your stomach is filled with gas or gastritis. It is a reflux. Some will get nausea also along with head ache.
In such case you should get treated for gastritis with proton pump inhibitors like rabeprazole for 2 to 4 weeks.
You should get a regular BP check. If more variation is there in your BP levels then it can be due to anxiety.
In such case anxiolytics like alprazolam and relaxing exercises like breathing exercises help. If that is also not helping then Betablockers will be needed.
