                                            Question : Hi, my question is that can stress/anxiety affect your creatine and lymphocyte levels?

Increased creatinine and lymphocytes are generally not due to stress/anxiety.
Increased creatinine may be due to renal parenchymal disease.These patient may need complete renal function assessment including routine hemogram,random blood sugar,serum urea,creatinine clearance,GFR,serum electrolytes,urine RE/ME etc.
Increased lymphocyte is generally due to viral infection.This need proper clinical assessment.

I have had the results in my blood as follows:
RDW 15.3
Creatinine 100
Lymphocytes 1.07
Coupled with this I have had chronic diarrhea for around 3-4 months which I didn't take much notice of, I am now very stressed about it all.
