Posted on Mon, 2 Jan 2017
Question: This few days i;ve been feeling really really tired. Like I get this bout of huge fatigue washed over me , i feel so tired that i feel like i'm not walking straight . I feel like i can just collapse if i wasn't trying to keep myself up right. Never felt like this before . I am extremely stressed this week and had to stay really late at night. and had abit of delayed meals. Is it just tired and stress? or is it my gastritis ? I dont feel bloated or anything .

Brief Answer:
Stress and tired

Detailed Answer:
Hi Dear ! Thank you for posting your question here. I read carefully your concern and understand.

From the symptoms that you've described I would say that the cause is stress and being tired .
Perhaps take a few days break, it'll help you greatly

Sometimes we don't think that sleeping and eating healthy is very important for our life and we really need good sleep and eating healthy to be in shape during our every day life .

And also if you suffer from gastritis or reflux, stress may be the trigger of these or can make worse in case of any such earlier history.

In your case, when you're fighting stress you can prevent gastritis . Your symptoms don't tell me though that you have gastritis .

The feeling "not walking straight "is due to lack of energy ( you need to eat , to take some calories and sugar ) and sleeping late .

Is very important to have at least 6-8 hours sleep during the night .
Please follow the advises : sleep good and eat regular meals .

Hope I have answered your question.
If you have any further clarifications I will be happy to help .

Brief Answer:
Eat small things between the meals

Detailed Answer:
Hi Again !
Happy to know that you feel better .
If you feel slight tired between the meal ,you can eat some small thing like a small cake (something sweet to control your blood sugar ) a fruit (bannana, apple ) .
Your body will take the time needed for full recovery also.

Cool thank you. Is this related to gastric or cause of the crazy week I had. Getting confused with what is caused by what. Making me more paranoid and anxious

I get this stomach ache after about 1 hr i ate . It comes and goes for short period of time. and make me feel like pooping but nothing . I dont want to keep taking my gastritis meds cause it might be a false alarm. I stopped for a couple of weeks cause i didnt have such symptoms

Thank you for follow up

Detailed Answer:
Hi again!

Could be that stressful time you had, makes the stomach pain (gastritis worse).
Stress makes you feel not only tired but irritate your stomach .
Stress and gastritis are in a good relationship with each other that means :Every time you are stressed or eat unhealthy the stomach problem will come again or get worse .
Don't worry this is how our body (stomach )react when we have stress.
Besides medications you can change your lifestyle :healthy diet and less stress.

Here are some advices for healthy diet:
-Avoid coffe alcohol or other drink that have cafeint or it's alcoholic.
-Avoid fried food , spicey food ,fatty food or other food that irritate your stomach
Limit antiimmflamator drugs (ibuprofen ,or aspirin...)
-Eat small meals several times a day and when you eat dinner do it at least 2 hours before bad time .
Follow these advices, if the pain gets worse or you still have it, you can start the medication again .

But please if your local doctor prescribed you a treatment that you had to take for a certain time and you stoped it by yourself before , you should follow the treatment according to what he /she said until you finish .

Hope these are heplful.
Take Care !
