Question: Can taking Adderall IR(30mg,) Celebrex(200), and Calais(20mg) 3 hours before a resting 12 wire EKG effect the results?

yes, they can

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

adderall may cause tachycardia and predispose to arrhythmias, cialis may (not often) cause arrhythmias too. Celebrex may cause a multitude of cardiovascular side effects, the most common being hypertension. Celebrex may also potentiate the action of adderall, which is also something to consider regarding its dosage (and side effects).

3 hours is enough time for them to be absorbed and effective. This is (coincidentally) exactly the time that the peak concentration of adderal is expected!
