Question: I want to try and list my medications I take and see if there are any interaction problems so this might take me a while. Cyanocobalamin, duloxetine HCL 60 MG, fenofibric acid 135MG, atorvastatin, 40 mg, phentermine 37.mg, alprazolam 1mg, clobetasol .o5, solution, Tramadol HCL 50MG, zolpidem 12.5, estradiol .05, The behind the counter iron pill that I can't remember the name of but I'm anemic. Triphala due to the problems with iron, Turmeric extra strength for inflammation, I can not take any anti-inflammatory drugs like advil, it hurts my stomach. Omeprozole, Fish oil, D3 cap, muti-vitamine and Garcinia cambogia, a liquid magnesium for leg cramps and a liquid glucosamine/condroten, sudaphedrine or Claritin for sinus problems. I also started taking an over the counter pill for having to urinate so often. This is a lot of stuff and I'm not sure if one of these is the Cymbolta in a generic name. I have a high stress job and insomnia and also have Celiac's. I am tired all the time and would love to get the right combinations of medications and not mix something that is wrong.

Brief Answer:
there are some interactions

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are interactions between the medications mentioned: (1)omeprazole and duloxetine--omeprazole can decrease the level or effect of duloxetine by affecting its metabolism/breakdown

(2)duloxetine and tramadol-- duloxetine will increase the level or effect of tramadol by affecting its metabolism

(3)fenofibric acid and atorvastatin- these increase the level or effect of each other. This means that in some persons there may be increased risk of side effects

These are the more serious potential interactions that may occur.

There are some less serious interactions: (1) claritine and atorvastatin both increase the level and effect of estradiol
(2)duloxetine and tramadol both increase the levels of a chemical in the body called serotonin.
Increased levels of serotonin helps with mood but if it goes to high by multiple meds, can cause problems in a few persons. May not occur

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
