Can Taking Ipill Immediately After Unprotected Intercourse Prevent Pregnancy?

Question : Dear doctor, I am 34 yrs old female. I had unprotected sex on 12th Sep. My last period was on 5th Sep - 8th Sep. I immediately tool ipill within 5 hrs of unprotected sex. Today i.e., 19th Sep I got brown spotting. Is there any chance of pregnancy? My periods are regular with 30 days gap.

The chances of pregnancy is almost nil as you had I pill on time but precautions should be taken and wait and watch for your menses.
If you missed your period by 7 days than get your home urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy ( as a rule).

thank you. But I m feeling very sleepy and tired since 2days. have no clue why this is happening. I have tried ipill before, but this is the first time I am facing these symptoms. hence was scared. I am not ready for a baby right now.
