Question : I have been on testosterone cypionate injections for about 6 to 7 yrs now. Ive been off of my shits now for about 6 months now. how likely is it that my sperm count could be zero or what are my chances on fertility?

The possibility of adverse effect on the sperms is not always anticipated while taking these testosterone injections.

I believe you will still have chances of conceiving and have children. Your fertility is unlikely to be affected.

I suggest get a semen analysis done which will give a clear picture about your sperms. This will put end to all your doubts.
