Question : is one time taken of i-pill can damage ovary ??
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us.
I Pill used for emergency contraception contains Levenorgestrol which is progestrone like hormone which is normally produced by body to regulate reproductive functions. Since being similar to normal body hormone it does not cause any ovarian damage.
Hope I answered your question. Let me know if you have other queries.
