Brief Answer:
Possible tendonitis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

What you are describing seems like tendonitis of the tendons of the forearm. That might have happened because a repetitive movement you are doing.
- Try to avoid that movement that causes the pain.
- Take an anti-inflammatory medicine regularly for 1-2 weeks. I would recommend Ibuprofen 400mg 3 times/day.
- Apply local analgesic and massage gently.
- You will need to see a physical therapist who can examine you and advise specific exercises to help relieve the pain.
It may need 4-6 weeks to get completely better.

If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
