Brief Answer:
it is possible

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It is well know that increasing the testosterone by taking injections of testosterone can cause irritability and increase aggression.
If the over the counter medications are able to raise the testosterone levels and lower estrogen levels then it may end up with the same type of effect.
Make sure you check with your doctor before taking any over the counter supplements. Some of them are helpful, other harmful and with some of them you are just wasting your money because they are ineffective.
It is also best to check with your doctor so they can make sure there are no drug interactions with other medications.
I wish you the best,
Dr. Robinson
