Brief Answer:
needs to take Paracetamol and to get quarantined

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Based on the facts that you have posted your husband who has undergone Nephrectomy for Cancer of the Kidney has been reported to be Covid +ve with score of 29.but has no clinical symptoms except mild fever .

RT-PCR test score of 29 suggests he is weak positive for Covid-19 .Since he has no severe symptoms he can be managed with following medication ,he been quarantined .for a week.
1) Vit c 500 mg twice daily
2) Tab Paracetamol twice daily
3) Vit B12 like Becosule once daily
4) Saline or Betadine Gargles,
5) Mild to Moderate exercise
6) To report immediately if he develops breathlessness or start getting Cough.

There is nothing to be worried about .Hebe fine within a week .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions, I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
