Question : Hi Sir Good afternoon.. This is regarding my uncle aged 57 years suffering with shoulder pain from the last 15 days. But he didn't lift any weights at all. Recently we purchased few tablets from medplus store. Seems to be those are not working. Please suggest. Thank you in advance.

Thanks for your query .
Based on the facts that you have posted in absence of any history of trauma the pain in shoulder that your uncle has could be most likely to be due to what is called as Frozen Shoulder which can be confirmed only on clinical examination by an qualified Orthopedic Surgeon .

In the mean while you can give him Tab Ultacet twice daily .
Avoid shoulder movements
Support his shoulder by giving a sling .
Avoid massaging the shoulder joint .
