Can This Be From Varicocele?

Question : I am a 28 year old male I am certain I have varicocele I noticed it at the age of 16 or even younger. Its really never been an issue but I am noticing cloudy sediment in my urine. Can this be from varicocele? Also been tested for std and uti. All came back negative. Does varicocele need to be treated? I experience no pain.

Hello,

I don't think that the varicocele can be a reason for the discharge you are having.
UTI can be a reason for discharge and you may need a urine culture.
Also, kidney issues including kidney stones may be the reason for the mucus discharge.
You may need to do an ultrasound of the urinary system including testicles to evaluate the varicocele conditions.
If it is not hurting so it can be left without treatment.
