Brief Answer:
do some examinations

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I can understand your concern

If you were my patient in such conditions i would recommend you to do a chest X Ray and some blood tests for lung infection. We should be sure for the actual situation of your lungs and then to decide about the correct treatment.
If the above come positive than an antibiotic should be started like Claritromycin tablets twice per day and a mucolitic which help in the fluidification of the secretions.
However my advise for you is to discuss the above with your doctor first.
Hope to have been helpful

Regards and feel free to ask me again
