Brief Answer:
Details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
I have seen the attached report. You have only mild and superficial cartilage loss due to wear and tear. This is not a full thickness tear and does not require a surgical intervention.
Stem cell therapy can help in regeneration of the torn cartilage but since it is a costly treatment it is used only in severely affected cases. The minimally invasive knee surgery known as microfracture, in which a surgeon drills holes in the knee to stimulate the regeneration of cartilage lost from wear and tear is also a promising way of treating such minor tears.
In mild cases like yours rest and physiotherapy exercises and hot fomentation for 6 weeks are enough to cause spontaneous healing of the cartilage. There is no need to worry. This will heal after proper rest. You can use an elastic knee brace for relief and get joint lubricant supplements prescribed from your orthopedician.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Surgery can be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The surgical treatment can be considered if no improvement has been seen after 6 weeks of conservative treatment. I am not sure about the availability of surgeries mentioned in XXXXXXX or XXXXXXX The cost of surgery can be between 1.5 -2 lakhs INR.
These procedures are covered by insurance. You can ask your orthopedician regarding the availability who is more familiar with the surgeons there.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Regards.
