Question : Can tramadol cause a fever of 103.1? I dislocated my elbow and the er doctor gave me that for pain. Since taking I have developed a fever and overall feeling kinda unwell.

Tramadol causes often mild fever and feeling unwell but not that high as 103.1F. This high fever is probably related to a bacterial infection.
Do you have other symptoms of an infection such pain or redness or swelling.
Probably you may need to stop Tramadol and consult doctor for any other pain medications you tapper pain.
You can take cocodamol or naproxen.
