                                            Question : Hi Dr
We are going on holiday to a game reserve and included is a game drive of 3 hours. Will this bumpy road prevent implantation of happening, the holiday will be more or less the time of implantation.
Thank you

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.
Are you going to do IVF or to being pregnant naturally?
When was your last menstrual period?
Bumpy roads don't effect implantation but after implantation can cause miscarriage after you do a strenuous activity as "bumpy activity".
Hence if you are going to do IFV better for you is to stay calm and not to do 'BUMPY ACTIVITIES", but if you are going to be naturally pregnant, try and go for "Bumpy activities"
Start with folic acid and be happy.
All the best.

Have a nice holiday
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again and thanks for being part of HCM.
If your LMP is 09/01/2015 and your cycle is regular(28-30 days) ,ovulation time may be around 23 January, hence on 30 and 31 January ,if you will conceive ,your fertilized egg will be traveling in your fallopian tubes to arrive in uterus or will be arrived in uterus.
In this time 3 hours of "bumpy activities" for two days will not cause anything.
Hence go and have a nice holiday.
