                                            Question : Can u tell me what this means ? Hx  Has had loss of range of motion to the neck not being able to turn to the left as in driving. X7wks  Shoulder pain after one week went to the GP received 4 trigger point injections had reaction to pregnant zone. Now 3 weeks later it's no better 10 mg of oxy code on 3 times A-day and XXXXXXX did not work. The migraines continue and I fell the other night and hit my left elbow and it jammed my left shoulder. The knots are down my shoulder blade and in my neck. These are the results from my M alright if you could just please let me know what this is I am an excruciating amount of pain and ready for the ER. My medical marijuana is not even touching the pain.
Mild central canal stenosis at C5-6 with foraminal narrowing compressing the exiting left
greater than right C6 nerve roots
Mild central canal stenosis at C6-7 with foraminal narrowing compressing exiting left C7
nerve roots
Additional milder degenerative changes as above

Your MRI shows that you have cervical stenosis (narrowing of spinal canal) at levels of neck vertebrae c5-6 and c6-7 with the narrowing of the foramina (hole) where nerve roots come out in left c6 and c7 vertebrae.
More narrowed in left than right that's why you have more pain in left arm and shoulder than right.
You can consult an orthopaedic doctor for surgical options since drugs are no more relieving the pain.
