Brief Answer:
Low back ache can be due to incomplete emptying of bladder

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been diagnosed to have narrowed urethra and urethral dilatation has been carried out.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Was an endoscopic Dilatation done or a dilatation was done by using metal dilators?
2) Have you consulted Urologist for clinical examination to confirm the diagnosis.of urethra narrowing ? (Because narrowing of urethra is very uncommon in females)

Narrowed urethra(Stricture) needs to be dilated at frequent intervals for a period of 3-4 months to achieve permanent results .

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
