Question : Can urinary tract infections cause confudion and auditory hallucinstions. I have been hospitalized for hearing voices many times and have have haf blafdet infections each time. Could it be that my problems are csused by utis instead of psychiatric issues.

A urinary tract infection can be severe enough to cause delirium, which is characterized by hallucinations, among other things. If you do not experience hallucinations when you don't have a uti, it seems like a somatic rather than a psychiatric problem.
