Question : This area is alway warming like a friction burn feeling and always sticky. /The only sexual contact I’ve had without a condom for over a year is a brief handjob (less than 30 seconds).
1. Urinalysis clean (slightly elevated Protein, signs of dehydration)
2. urine sample for gonnerhea and chlamydia and tric area clean. .
3. Herpes (swab of area) non reactive.
4. syphilysis, and HIV blood test clean.
5. CBC blood test all normal
Doctor has prescribed a steroid which only moderately has helped.
I’ve been using same soap, condoms, and laundry detergent for a long time. What could this be? I’ve asked this to 2 urologists and multiple docs here but the problem persists. It’s lasted for over 2 months.

                                    Brief Answer:
Regarding genital skin burning/ altered sensation
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
First of all, a handjob is not a risk for transmission of STDs. Secondly, the area in the images looks pretty normal on inspection. Slight color difference is not a cause of worry. Perhaps the sensation is due to harsh cleaning or due to soap. Avoid using a soap on genital skin. Use just plain lukewarm water to clean the area. You may take a B complex multivitamin for a few days.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
