No losartan won't cause blurring of vision.

Thanks for asking your query,

No losartan can not cause blurring of vision,
However in case if blood pressure is reduced below 100 mmHg of systolic, it can cause blurring of vision due to diminished blood supply to the brain along with dizziness.

Dry eye is also not a regular side effect of losartan.
