You should do a gynecologic ultrasound examinations.

Brief Answer:
most likely bleeding is due to polyp

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I can understand your concerns.

Bleeding you are describing is most likely due to the polyp. Polyp is known to cause such bleeding episodes. I am sure Bleeding is not due to hormonal variations or cancer.

The Polyp might have gradually increased in size to present size causing bleeding.

Let me know if you need any more help.

Brief Answer:
Polyp causes bleeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Polyp is very vascular structure with lot of blood in it. This might have caused bleeding. It would not have come off.

You may not have periods due to stress, change of place or emotional issues. Variation of periods is common in such circumstances.

Delayed periods and polyp are not related to each other.

Occasional aches could be due to impending periods.

Let me know if you need anymore help.
