Can Vaginal Itching And A Lumpy Stuff Cause PID Or UTI?

Question: i think i have a yeast infection It itches down there bad So i dug at it noticed it had white lumpy stuff removed it with hand worry is worse, please help tkx

Could this cause PID or UTI or anythring else? Could it spread the yeast around and make things worse? What should i do?
