Varicocelectomy doesn't cause ED.

As an Urologist,i can understand your anxiety.
Bilateral varicocelectomy and funiculitis,do not cause any ED( erectile dysfunction).
If you're worried about infertility, then do a semen analysis,as varicocele can contribute to infertility.
If penile injury is of concern to you, then do a penile Doppler scan.
