Brief Answer:
A thorough health check-up is needed at first...

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service,

Well, there can be several causes behind such symptoms (namely electrolyte imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, drug interactions or Inner ear or some other neurological issues, etc.)...

Since she's been checked by the hospital, you should go ahead as per their advice, i.e. to go for the ENT check-up as a first priority...

Good to know she's doing well now...Simply go ahead and get her checked by the ENT specialist and proceed accordingly...

Take Care
Kind Regards
