Question : Can you damage or change shape, position, depth of any part of nose by harshly or vigorously itching in or near nostrils of nose?

Harshly itching nostril area

Or change shape, position, depth of nostrils?

Or appearance of nose or nostrils?

Slight change in size along with hyperpigmentation on severe itching

You can't change shape, position or depth of nostrils in short duration of itching but if a person is having severe itching for a long duration then definitely there can be slight change in the size of the nose ( increase in size) along with hyperpigmentation on the affected areas.
Even with severe itching the shape, position and depth of nostrils and nose doesn't change.
