Brief Answer:
Possible glimiperide not working;should change treatment strategy...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concerns.

So far, apple cider vinegar has not been shown to increase blood sugar levels (bsl); on contrary, it will help your bsl to get down.

With regards to increase in blood sugar levels; there are 2 possibilities:
- glimiperide alone is not helping; should seek for other alternative treatments
- you should try to implement more changes in your diet and lifestyle regimen. In other words, should work with a dietitian in order to understand what's wrong in your diet and lifestyle and try to implement right changes.

Another cause could be stress; if you are going through a stressful situation, you should try to cope with stress and to relax as that will aggravate your current high bsl problems.

Can you please report if you are having other health problems or taking medications on regular basis apart glimiperide?

All the best!
