Question : What vitamins is recommended to take to help clear a lgsil hpv? I also have a small hard bump inside of my vagina. It doesnt itch cause pain ect. What can this be?

No vitamins would help with this. I will not recommend that you spend money on this when we have no major gains to reap from this. I will rather suggest that you make sure you have regular pap smears to monitor and make sure there are no changes that require further attention that go unnoticed. For the bump, report that to your doctor when you next consult for evaluation and treatment.
