Question : Can washing hair in warm to hot water (in shower) then pulling and rubbing tugging hair on head (while towel drying hair) cause any slanting of forehead or top of head (or any part of head) or cause any change in position of any part of forehead or any part of face or head?

Washing, tugging, pulling and drying of hair won’t cause any change in position or shape of forehead, face or head.
It doesn’t have any effect on any of these parts.
