Question : I am doing an colonoscopy prep with Osmoprep for a colonoscopy tomorrow. The instructions say to take 2 quarts of Gatorade or sports drink in between doses. I cannot use either one of those because of allergies. Is it OK to just use water? Will it mess up my electrolytes?

You may take osmoprep with clear water. if you can tolerate Apple juice or lemon juice you may take with that preferably.

With clear water it doesn't cause any problem to electrolytes balance. So don't worry.
