Question : Hello. I am currently on 40 mg of prozac a day and 1.5 milligrams of Klonopin a day. I was on 2 mg a day but the doctor has me weaning of it. Can either of these drugs cause post micturition dribble or post void dribble? Ive noticed I have been having some issues with this. It is not that bad I just never had it. Thanks so much.

Brief Answer:
Fluoxetine is associated with urinary incontinence

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

I can understand your concern. Prozac is Fluoxetine and is a SSRI drug. Klonopin is a benzodiazepine drug. Both drugs are safe to use and have no serious side effects. Either of these drugs are not directly associated with urinary dribbling. But Fluoxetine is a SSRI drug. A lot of case reports prove that use of Fluoxetine is associated with urinary incontinence. But that side effect is not very commonly seen.

Thanks and Take care.
