Question: Can wearing a face mask used to protect against covid after blowdrying hair with heat cause any flattening or any lengthening of face or any facial bones?
I wore face mask an hour after blowdrying hair and wore the face mask for about 3 hours.

Even after wearing face mask 1 hour after blowdrying hair with heat there would not be any flattening or any lengthening of face or facial bones? And also wearing mask continuously for 3 hours.
