Can Wearing Mask To Totally Safe Against Covid?

Question: I have tickets to attend an indoor concert in XXXXXXX Oregon tomorrow night when we first got the tickets we were told Covid was so low we would be fine. However, my booster is nine months old we are planning to wear KN 95s and my doctor thinks that will be safe. It is a musical concert and I am just concerned because the numbers have crept up this week locally even though the incidence here in Oregon is still low. I do have a Sjogren's and Hashimoto's and a mild immune deficiency but my immunologist thought if I wore the mask, I would be safe just looking for a second opinion.
