Question : I had my last period on september 30th...tried home pregnancy tests ..all came negative..Took sysron n as recommended by my doctor on 28th november for 3 days (2 pills each day)

It is 11th december still no period. However have slight abdominal pain and can see light brown discharge with spotting from yesterday night.

Please suggest.can i be pregnant?

Thanks for the query to HCM,
Though pregnancy seems unlikely, however confirmation can be done by a serum beta hcg test . If hcg levels are less than 3mIU , then you are surely not pregnant.
the evidence of spotting indicates withdrawal bleed.
In absence of pregnancy . please get evaluated to rule out PCOD, hypothyroidism and hyperprolacinemia which are common causes of delayed menses.
