Question : Can withdrawal from neurontin cause irregular heartbeat? I have been gradually reducing from 300mg. 3 x a day. I took my last one this week.

It's a well known fact that Neurontin withdrawal is associated with tachycardia and palpitations.

First of all you should know that appart from discomfort the palpitations are harmless to you.

Secondly palpitations are self limited and will go away within a couple of weeks.
