Question : do the attached notes mean cancer? they describe an mri that was done and are the notes from the images.

Findigs doesn't seem serious.
There may be few differential in your case.
Findings are benign and it may need follow-up only,if new symptoms doesn't develop.
It may due to bone infarct means non viable part of bone or it may be of cartilage origin also.
You are righly suggested for follow-up MRI.
