Question: I received my health report and I see high cholesterol in it. I don't eat oily food and exercise daily. What can be the reason?

Alcohol is occasionally once/twice a month but I eat Non Veg every alternate day.

It looks like alternate intake of non veg has caused raised cholesterol. I would suggest you to reduce it to once a week and avoid red meat. You can add fish also weekly once. Eat only egg whites.
