Question: Can you confirm if females born with Mayer-Rokitnasky-Kuster-Hauser Syndrome are risk for developing hypothyroidism -- I am now 58 with a multinodal goiter.

There is no direct relation between MRKHS and primary hypothyroidism. People with MRKHS are not at risk of developing hypothyroidism. Your multinodular goitre is not due to MRKHS. Moreover multinodular goitre doesn't mean hypothyroidism.patients with multinodular goitre may or maynot have hypothyroidism.
