Question : my gf is pregnant ... she crossed 2 months... what to do now?? can we use misoprostol or we have to do abortion???

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
If the gestational age is more than 7 weeks in ultrasound, then it is advisable to go for surgical abortion.
There are high chances of failure of medical abortion if taken beyond 7 weeks of gestation.
