Question : wife has been coughing not eating, not drinking much , and when she dose eat a little of anything she gets diarrhea for the last 3 days, no fever, what can I do, she won't go to emergency room because of the covid

There is a possibility that she has a viral infection and covid19 is a possibility too.
Continue with Tylenol, vitamin C, benzonatate.
She can use loperamid for diarrhea.
Continue to be hydrated having more liquids and water.
