Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

I went through the attached report.
I could see few out of range values of which these are significant.

1. Triglycerides is slightly high. Elevated triglycerides increase the risk of fatty liver disease and cardiovascular disease.
Reduce weight and maintain BMI less than 25. Eat more fiber. Regular aerobic activity. Take nuts ,olive oil and omega 3 fatty acid

2. Vitamin B12 is low .
Low vitamin B12 is commonly seen in those taking vegetarian diet.
Low Vitamin B12 can affect nerves. You may have to take Vitamkn B12 supplements daily for 4-8 weeks.

3. Hemoglobin is slightly on the higher side.I would like to have a look at the previous lab report to see if it has been high before also.

Regards,
Dr.R.K.

Hi,
Thanks for sharing the old report.

I went through it.
You have had high hemoglobin last year also.

This is called polycythemia.
Erythropoietin and Jak2 mutation analysis may be done.
You can consult a Hematologist for further workup.
