Brief Answer:
Follow up once a year

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

This means that you have a formation which absorbs few x-ray photons so that has lower density related to surrounding tissues.
It measures 1 cm and is considered too small to characterise and may need to be followed up.
The follow up consists on doing periodically tests such CT or ultrasound possibly once a year.

Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
